A company started by a father and son, Dr. Robert White and Collin White.
This father and son duo started in the medical clothing business selling dialysis shirts and postoperative clothing. After many years in private practice, Dr. White pushed the idea of a fart blocking underwear because of the feedback from thousands of patients over his career.

How TOOTLES Works

ACTIVATED CARBON
TOOTLES uses a 3 mm activated carbon felt fabric that uses a process called "adsorption" to filter out hydrogen sulfide molecules. In other words, the fabric removes the "rotten egg" smell from farts.

BAMBOO FIBER
For a nice soft touch to the skin, we use bamboo fiber for the body fabric of the underwear. Allowing tootles to feel like a high quality pair of underwear combined with its filtering technology

POCKET OPENING
On the inside of the underwear towards the top of the back panel is a large pocket opening where the activated carbon filter pad can be inserted inside the underwear. This pad extends all the way to the front of the underwear, so no fart can make an escape.
The reason we have the activated carbon pad is so that you can take the pad out of the underwear when you wash it (in order to not ruin the filtering power of the activated carbon fabric).
