We've improved our best-selling Tootles product! The affordable Tootles underwear now filters smelly flatulence with a replaceable charcoal filter pad. It's easy to maintain your filter: simply wash your underwear separately from the filter. Remember, each filter needs to be replaced regularly, so stock up with a 5-pack of charcoal filter pads when you purchase your Tootles underwear.

Tootles underwear features an activated charcoal fabric built into the back panel. When flatulence is released, the smelly molecules, such as hydrogen sulfide, pass through the charcoal fabric and are trapped through a process called adsorption.

To maintain the effectiveness of your tootles, it's recommended to remove the charcoal filter from your underwear before washing. The underwear can be washed separately, using a cold wash and normal tumble dry settings. The charcoal filter should be placed in the sun for solar cleansing, as washing it in the machine will reduce its flatulence-filtering properties.
